Acqueline partnered with Alliance Homes to develop two expansive 5 bedroom family homes in the inner city precinct of Camp Hill, QLD. Demolition works were required whilst sewer and stormwater infrastructure provided a design and engineering challenge to most efficiently utilise this well located block. These modern family homes have generated significant interest from the market with one selling for over asking price, and the second due to hit the market in 2017.
Acqueline partnered with Alliance Homes to design and develop an ultra-modern exclusive family home. The project involved the removal of an existing home and the subdivision of the land into two lots. The sale of one of the lots allowed Acqueline to concentrate on delivering a successful project to market that sold at auction.
Acqueline again partnered with Alliance Homes to develop an impressive family home in the exclusive river avenues of Hawthorne, QLD. The project required the removal of an existing dwelling. The spectre of possible flooding required the innovative design and construction of retaining walls to allow raising the land by one meter. This modern family home sold easily in a falling property market due to its practical and enthralling design concepts achieved at within an efficient budget.
Acqueline expanded its design concepts into a development of five townhouses into the lifestyle area of Hawthorne, QLD. This project was influenced heavily by stormwater infrastructure onsite and the need to achieve a flood immune development, accomplished through the use of a pile-supported suspended slab. To achieve efficient use of land and a competitive townhouse value for our clients, five townhouses were required to be built within the 1000 square meter lot. Our design maximised the interior space to accommodate four 4 bedroom townhouse and one 3 bedroom townhouse designs with the high quality appliances and finishes.
The project was sold following development approval to a developer committed to realising Acqueline’s efficient and prestigious design.
Acqueline purchased this block at auction in a distressed sale. Acqueline with the Alliance Homes team to develop an efficient design that maximised the available land while accentuating the city views. A development approval was achieved at council and this led to the project selling to a builder at a substantial profit. The home has now reached completion and the design concepts developed by Acqueline have been realised.
